Standard Dosage for Repair, Rebuild & Revitalize Toothpaste: For use in adults 2 times a day (morning and evening) after meals. Apply 1.0-1.5 g of paste (a strip 1.5-2 cm long) to the toothbrush. After brushing, the paste should not be rinsed off immediately: it is recommended to wait 10-15 minutes for a prolonged remineralizing effect.
