If you have a question such as “where is my parcel” we recommend doing the following things on your own and if that wouldn’t be enough to find it we would help you of course:

1. Please check the email that you have typed when you were placing your order. ATTENTION - If you don’t see a message in your inbox that includes a track number (sending identification number) of the parcel then you need to check your spam folder. If you can’t find the track number then you are invited to email us at admin@asiabiopharm.com, in the email please indicate your full name, phone number (including country dial code), order number. If you do that we would definitely help you. The track number in the email which we send looks like this:

  

Also, you can always see the sending identification number at the back-office section of your account on this website. In order to do that go to your account and click on the number of the order that you need to view, for example:

  

2. If you know the track number and you need to find out WHERE your parcel is right now you can use one of the following links https://www.pochta.ru/tracking or https://track24.net/service/track24/tracking. Further you will need to input the track number and press on “track” or the magnifying lid icon and read carefully all of the information that you get on your order.

3. If when you are tracking your parcel you see a message that says “unsuccessful handing attempt” then you have to contact the postal service at your local post office and show them the track number of your shipment. These days it is common for post offices to NOT send a notification that your parcel is WAITING for you at their post office. The parcel usually sits at your post office for 30 calendar days and then it is sent back while you receive a message that states something akin to “delivery canceled”.

4. If your parcel has been sent back to Thailand due to the fact that the post office at the place of receipt DIDN’T NOTIFY you about it and you yourself weren’t able to control the movement of your parcel it is possible to resend it. In such case you can write an email to admin@asiabiopharm.com and we would be able to resend it for an additional fee.

5. Currently the delivery time for postal items from Thailand to Russia, America, and Europe is from 6 to 21 days. Asiabiopharm is not responsible for errors or disruptions of service that happen in postal organizations, this includes the National Postal Organization of Thailand and the national postal operators of other countries. If you have any compliant about the work of the Thai post office for example then you would need to address them directly and state your complaint.

Attention! The Thai post office currently doesn’t deliver parcels to Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and some other countries.

Some European countries have introduced additional taxes and or duties in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, Asiabiopharm is not responsible for these tax and postal regulatory actions that happen in those countries.

Delivery of special goods from Russia (Russian herbs, mixtures and some other goods) is carried out through the Russian Post or the CDEK operator (CDEK), in this case you can track your order by following the link to the corresponding service operator:

CDEK: https://www.cdek.ru/ru/tracking We can send your parcel to Ukraine and Kazakhstan using a third-party service - https://www.terminal12.ru/ To do this, you need to register on the website using the provided instructions. After registering to this service contact us by email at admin@asiabiopharm.com.

  

Payment 

Dear friends! You can pay for the goods you have chosen in the cart section of our online store by using bank cards or PayPal, PayPal is a system that allows you to pay with plastic cards such as VISA and MASTERCARD. In case the above specified payment methods are not available you can pay with a western union transfer instead. 

   

  

When paying with western union transfers you must specify the destination country as Thailand, the payee will be indicated when placing the order. after paying for your order you must send the MTSN code and the exact amount received in Thai currency - THB (Thai Baht), this is always indicated when you are doing the transfer. After the store manager receives the payment you will receive a notification about the reception of your funds and the beginning of the packaging and delivery process to the destination address as per your order.

In the future other methods of payment will be available, this includes the YandexMoney payment system.
