Petch Sang Kart (Powder)

Product description: An ayurvedic herbal medicine which is intended for the treatment of hemorrhoids - thrombosis of the vessels of the rectum, including in the stage of inflammation of hemorrhoids, both external and internal. The second main purpose of Petch Sang Kart is to accelerate the healing of bone fractures in the human body. The formula of the drug, in addition to the extract of Cissus Quadrangularis, contains an extract of Rhubarb palmate and an extract of Clerodendrum Toothed. The combination of these medical plants significantly increases the effectiveness of the drug compared to the pure extract of Cissus Quadrangularis.

The therapeutic effect of the drug lies in its anti-inflammatory effect simultaneously with the improvement of blood flow in the vessels of the small pelvis, the relief of diffuse blood stasis in the hemorrhoids, the restoration of the integrity and elasticity of the walls of the rectum. Petch Sang Kart has a mild laxative effect, softening the stool, which makes defecation painless and comfortable when suffering from hemorrhoids. In 2011, a research team consisting of Dr. Sukit Panpimanmas, Dr. Surat Sitipongsi and Dr. Chayrat Sukdanon at the Department of Herbal Medicine of the State National Medical University of Thailand conducted clinical studies on the herbal drug using a double-blind randomized controlled trial.

The experiment involved 570 patients suffering from an acute form of hemorrhoids, including those at the stage of inflammation of internal and external hemorrhoids, based on 3 hospitals: Rajaviti Hospital, Chonburi Hospital and Her Majesty's Sriracha Clinic in the Ratchathewi district of Bangkok. Of the 570 patients, 191 were treated with Cissus quadrangular extract, 189 patients were treated with Daflon 500, and 190 were treated with placebo between March 1 and 28, 2011. After 28 days of clinical trials from the group of patients receiving therapy with Cissus Quadrangular, 80 people achieved complete recovery, while 101 patients experienced a significant improvement in the course of the disease, which consisted in reduced pain, stopping anal bleeding and reducing hemorrhoids.clinical blood tests which were conducted on all patients were within the normal specified parameters and there was a complete absence of side effects after using the herbal drug.

In addition to the above the herbal drug Petch Sang Kart stimulates an increase in bone mass, it is prescribed for treating osteoporosis and degenerative arthritis. The herbal drug is especially effective for athletes working with heavy loads which put pressure on the musculoskeletal system and the vascular system, as well as in adolescence from 12 to 18 years old in order to strengthen bones.

Cissus quadrangularis is traditionally used in ayurvedic medicine in India and Ceylon for treating dysmenorrhea, which is painful menstruation, and also for menstrual irregularities. Rheum palmatum, which is part of the Petch Sang Kart herbal medicine, has a light and stable effect in combination with the prevention of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Clerodendrum serratus has been used in ayurvedic medicine in India since ancient times for the treatment of inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, including for the treatment and prevention of liver diseases. It has antioxidant, antitumor, antiallergic and hepatoprotective properties.

The effectiveness of the herbal drug in treating bone fractures has been clinically proven. The time of bone coalescence when there are simple and complex fractures is accelerated by 40-50%. The studies were carried out in a European clinic specializing in sports medicine.
