Instructions for Use — Cooling Gel Sheet

• Before use, ensure the skin is dry and clean.
• Open the individual package containing the sheet.
• Remove the protective film from the cooling surface of the sheet.
• Gently apply the sheet to the forehead, securing the gel surface to the skin.
• The sheet may be used on other parts of the body (neck, temples) if local cooling is needed.
• One sheet retains its cooling effect for an average of 4-6 hours. In high ambient temperatures or with intense sweating, the duration of action may decrease.
• For sustained effect, the sheet can be replaced with a new one as needed.
