Ingredients: golden dried longan pulp 50 g, water 500 ml, cane sugar 30 g.
Preparation method: rinse the longan thoroughly, cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes, add sugar and stir until completely dissolved, serve warm or chilled.
Nutritional value of the dish (200 ml): 120 kcal, protein 1 g, fat 0 g, carbohydrates 30 g.
Culinary features: a traditional Thai dessert drink, served in hot weather, popular in the northern provinces of Thailand.

Recipe 2. Rice Porridge with Longan and Coconut Milk

Ingredients: jasmine rice 100 g, water 400 ml, coconut milk 200 ml, golden dried longan pulp 40 g, salt 2 g, palm sugar 20 g.
Preparation method: rinse the rice and boil in water until half-cooked (about 15 minutes), add coconut milk and dried longan, cook for another 10 minutes, add salt and sweeten to taste, serve hot.
