1. Delivery methods from Thailand:
1.1. Thailand Post.

Once your parcel arrives in the Russian Federation, you will receive an email notification. This notification will contain a link to follow and enter your passport information and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for customs clearance. In some cases, customs may request a scanned copy of your passport and TIN.

Once the parcel clears customs, it will be shipped within Russia via the Boxberry service. Delivery takes 10 to 15 days from the date indicated on the tracking number. The most suitable delivery method is selected for each parcel. The buyer will receive notifications about every stage of the parcel's journey via SMS messages to their phone.

2. Delivery from Russia (for certain categories of goods):
Some products such as fly agarics, mixtures, sodium thiosulfate (in ampoules), saffron, dietary supplements, injections and drugs from North Korea parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Russia via SDEK or Russian Post. If you have any questions about the location of a parcel shipped within or from Russia, please don't hesitate to contact our administrator or manager. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided immediately after shipment. Parcel collection typically takes 10 to 14 days, and you can track its status on the SDEK and Russian Post websites.

The delivery date of your order may be adjusted depending on the shipping company, delivery location, chosen delivery method, and the quantity of items. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise taxes applicable in your country.
From the moment the goods are shipped, the carrier is fully responsible for their safety and integrity. If you discover damage to the packaging or for any reason do not receive the shipment, all claims must be directed to the shipping company or customs authorities.
Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable. If a postal item is returned for any reason, including due to customs clearance in your country, our company will only resend the item, subject to the recipient paying the return and resending costs.

If you have any questions about the location of your parcel, we offer a few simple steps. We will be happy to assist you if necessary.
1. Please check the email address you provided when placing your order. Please note: if you don't find the tracking number (shipping ID) for your parcel in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the tracking number for your order, please contact us: admin@asiabiopharm.com, please include your full name, phone number, and order number in the email. 2. If you know the tracking number and want to know where your parcel is, just follow this link: pochta.ru/tracking & track24.ru, then enter your tracking number in the search bar and carefully review all the information about the delivery of your order.
3. If you see the message "Delivery attempt failed" when tracking your parcel, you should contact the post office as soon as possible. There, you should show the operator on duty the tracking number for your item.
4. It happens that local post offices do not send notifications that your parcel is waiting for you. Typically, the package is held at the post office for 30 calendar days, after which it is returned with the message "Import Cancelled."
5. Currently, delivery times for postal items from Thailand to Russia, the United States, and Europe range from 6 to 21 days. Asiabiopharm is not responsible for errors or disruptions in the delivery services, including the National Postal Service of Thailand and national postal operators of other countries.
