Public Offer Agreement for Consulting Services
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.2. The Offer defines the procedure for providing informational and consulting services through the website asiabiopharm.com, as well as via messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
1.3. Consultations are provided by an independent consultant (hereinafter — the “Service Provider”) acting on the basis of an employment contract or agreement with International Asiabiopharm Company Limited, registered in Thailand, which serves as an intermediary between the Client and the Service Provider.
1.4. A person who accepts the terms of this Offer (hereinafter — the “Client”) is considered to have concluded an agreement with the Service Provider from the moment a request or message containing such acceptance is submitted.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision to the Client of consulting and informational services related to:
– recommendations on the use of products
– selection of items from the company’s product range
– general information on the composition and properties of products
2.2. Services are provided remotely, without in-person contact, in the form of replies to messages and the provision of informational materials.
3. Nature and Scope of Services
3.1. Consultations are purely informational and advisory in nature.
3.2. The services are of a recommendatory nature and cannot be regarded as a diagnosis or direct medical therapy.
3.3. The Service Provider does not provide services that fall under licensed medical activity.
4. Procedure for Service Provision
4.1. The Client submits a request via the website, messenger, or feedback form.
4.2. Responses are provided during business hours in the order received.
4.3. A consultation may be free of charge or fee-based, subject to prior notification of the Client.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. The Client independently decides whether to use the products, based on the information received, or consults their healthcare provider if necessary.
6. Personal Data
6.1. The Client gives consent to the processing of their personal data. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 129 of July 20, 2017, and No. 142 of November 29, 2021, “On Personal Information.”
6.3. The data is used exclusively for the provision of consulting services and is not transferred to third parties.
