The matrix programs of P. P. Garyaev are quantum-sound representations (matrices) of the healthy state of a human being, which have a healing, strengthening, and rejuvenating effect on the body.

Rules for listening:

1. Randomly divide the recordings of one program into three parts, and listen to each part with breaks of 5-10 minutes over the course of a week.
- In the future, you can listen to all parts together.
- If listening is easy, you can use the entire recording.
- Sometimes, in severe painful conditions, programs can be used around the clock in repeat mode.

2. You cannot listen to all the programs (which heal different body systems) in a row.
- You need to choose one and use it.
- If you use more than one program (or even all of them), you need to take breaks of two to three days between them.

3. Determine which recordings you subjectively perceive best, and in the future, listen primarily to these recordings.

4. The sound volume should not be high, but minimally audible.

5. It's recommended to listen in the morning, afternoon, and evening. You can play programs quietly in the background while you sleep, in a cyclical (repeating) mode. Headphones are acceptable, but it's best to avoid them.

6. Before listening, tune in to the program, relax completely, and avoid any extraneous thoughts. Focus on your own sensations or simply think about nothing. Although, this is not a requirement.
- The programs also work when performing ordinary tasks, but slightly less effectively.

7. It's a good idea to place a container of water near the sound source while the program is playing. After the program ends, drink the water before listening again. During subsequent listening sessions, also place the container of water on the charger, and so on. It's recommended to drink at least 1.5 liters of clean water per day, but this isn't necessary.

8. Minor pain may occur after a day or two, but it will quickly subside. This is natural, as the body gradually adjusts to its new, healthy state. If longer-term symptoms occur, stop listening for a few days and then resume.

9. Matrices aren't a magic wand or the rejuvenating apples of children's fairy tales—just wave, eat, and you're done. You'll become young and beautiful. No, it's long-term work with a positive attitude. And physical activity shouldn't be neglected.
