Used for second-degree burns with blisters, inflammatory skin lesions with pronounced pain syndrome, as part of complex therapy for post-traumatic skin injuries. Application specifics: for the first 2–3 days, more frequent application every 4–6 hours is recommended, then switching to the standard dosage. Use under a sterile wet dressing is allowed.

Maximum Dosage for Burn Regeneration Gel (Burrny Gel): Topically, for adults — up to 8 times a day with an interval of at least 2 hours.
